  Our modern apartment is located on the 3rd floor (elevator) of a quiet residential building in the centre of Vienna. The 35 m², fully furnished sunny city apartment overlooking a green, leafy courtyard can accommodate up to 3 guests and is laid out as follows: entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, large living/sleeping room, an enclose kitchen and dining area and a bathroom with a shower, washing machine and a WC. Final cleaning, towels and linen are all included.




The living room/bedroom : has a double bed with reading table, a single sofa (which could also be used as a bed for 1 person), TV with cable TV, working area with internet access.

Our newly renovated apartment is located on a small residential street, Siebenbrunnegasse, in the 5^th district bordering the 1st, and is within walking distance  from the famous Viennese Opera, the museums, the Sacher Hotel and the very centre of Vienna. Within walking distance of the apartment you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and bakeries. The famous shopping street Mariahilferstrasse and the Naschmarkt are only a 10 minute walk away.

The next underground station (U4 Pilgramgasse) is only a 5 minute walk away and takes you to the St Stephans Church in only 3 stations.
The next bus stop is also only a 2 minute walk away from the apartment(13A).
