The apartment is located on a small residential street on the border to the 1st district, and is within walking distance (3 minutes) to the famous Viennese Opera, the museums, the Sacher Hotel and the very centre of Vienna. Our sunny apartment is located on the 6th floor (elevator) of a modern building and can accommodate up to 4 guests. With a size of 42 m², it comprises of a spacious entrance hall, living room/bedroom, walk in wardrobe, fully equipped kitchenbox, bathroom and toilet:

Furthermore on the ground floor of the building there is a special area with a few washing mashines and dryers for the sole use of the building tenants.

Right next to the apartment you will find supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and bars. The next subway station (U1 Taubstummengasse) is on the street only a few steps away. It takes you in 2 stops in front of the St. Stephens Cathedral. The next tramway-stop is 1 minute from the apartment (Schwazenbergplatz). The tram number D takes you in a few stations to the major attractions of Vienna: Parliament, Imperial Place and most museums.
